In urban areas, a busy morning is usually experienced by many people. Busy traffic and jams make every single time is valuable for not be late come to the office. And for that many employees who go to their office, went without breakfast. In this article, I want to share about Benefit breakfast, and let's start a new day with Breakfast



There are many reasons why people didn't start the day with breakfast, or think that eating breakfast every morning are less important, or even people thinks is a one way to lose weight, by not eating breakfast and reducing the food in the morning.

And the question is, How important to start the day with breakfast? How you can get routinely breakfast?and What the healthy breakfast menu for us ??

I think Breakfast is important activity to do in every morning because when we sleep for approximately 8 hours in the night, there no food enter for our body, while sleeping activities such as moving, breathing or other activities still going. And as a result sugar level in our blood is very low and when we wake up in the morning doing physical activity like walk, going to the office, concentration, thinking or even breathing, our body requires energy to do all of that to perform all activities as well and the energy obtained from food that we eaten in the morning.

Good Breakfast menu and healhty food, will make our body feel great and will generate lots of energy for daily activities. Your body and soul will always feel fresh, no tired or working with hungry stomach. Lower cholesterol are also can we have with a healthy breakfast,

And with Breakfast, we can more communicate and get closer to all family members, because it's like gathering place creating a harmonious family.
